一、設(shè)備介紹
???本凈化器是一款專為工業(yè)廢氣專業(yè)處理車間因生產(chǎn)產(chǎn)生的煙塵及輕質(zhì)顆粒而設(shè)計(jì)的一體化凈化裝置。設(shè)備核心部件主要采用活性炭吸附凈化裝置和靜電吸附，既能有效去除廢氣中的有害物質(zhì)和污染顆粒等，又能降解各種異味和各種含金屬加工廠生產(chǎn)出的有毒有害氣體。
二、工作原理?
? 設(shè)備有進(jìn)氣口和出氣口兩端。需生產(chǎn)廢氣經(jīng)進(jìn)氣口進(jìn)入中效過濾網(wǎng)板內(nèi)，煙塵廢氣中的部分煙塵或顆粒先有過濾網(wǎng)板過濾攔截，而后煙塵廢氣進(jìn)入板框式一級(jí)蜂窩活性炭過濾器進(jìn)行初效過濾及吸附。此時(shí)，大部分的大顆粒較重的粉塵被過濾至板框過濾器表面，其他含有細(xì)微顆粒的異味型氣體從板框過濾器的內(nèi)表面經(jīng)活性炭層層過濾后由另一外表面排出，匯合后進(jìn)入板框式二級(jí)蜂窩活性炭過濾器進(jìn)行高效過濾、吸附及深度凈化。此時(shí)，大部分的微小顆粒及粉塵被過濾至板框過濾器表面，未處理完的異味性氣體從板框過濾器的內(nèi)表面經(jīng)活性炭層層過濾后由另一外表面排出至出風(fēng)口。板框式活性炭過濾器采用二級(jí)串聯(lián)處理方式，有效的擴(kuò)大了廢氣同活性炭接觸面積的同時(shí)很大程度的提高了廢氣吸附及凈化效果，再由高壓靜電吸附進(jìn)行處理。
設(shè)備內(nèi)部的初效過濾網(wǎng)板固定在設(shè)備的進(jìn)風(fēng)口位置，板框過濾器采用抽屜式設(shè)計(jì)，同時(shí)設(shè)有檢修門，打開可清理、清洗或更換板框過濾器。板框過濾器安裝在特制的框架上，由若干活性炭蜂窩海綿組成一個(gè)過濾單元，形成多級(jí)凈化單元，再由若干單元拼裝成化學(xué)過濾段。板框過濾器的金屬殼體采用金屬材質(zhì)，可以重復(fù)使用，這種設(shè)計(jì)大大降低了用戶的運(yùn)行費(fèi)用。
三、應(yīng)用范圍
? 廣泛應(yīng)用于化工、電子、金屬加工、煙草、玻璃、制藥、食品加工、凈化室等因生產(chǎn)產(chǎn)生的廢氣或不銹鋼及管道加工、鋁等金屬焊接時(shí)產(chǎn)生的含鉛、錫等煙氣、廢氣或粉塵或煙霧處理場(chǎng)所。
